The Hato Matcha Ritual Set brings together our first harvest of Ujimidori and the tools for making it at home. A bowl to whisk in, a chasen (matcha whisk), a holder to keep its shape, a sieve for a finer bowl, and a spoon for measuring.

A first-flush, single-cultivar matcha from Uji, Kyoto, with gentle umami, natural sweetness, and a balanced character.
Additional Information
Rinse the whisk with clean water after use and allow it to dry completely on the whisk holder. Hand wash the bowl, sieve, spoon, and whisk holder as appropriate. Keep the matcha tin tightly sealed and away from heat, light, moisture, and strong smells. As each piece is made separately, slight variations in finish may occur.
